Our fine-rolled flakes are whole kernels that are steamed and then fine-rolled.
Fine-rolled flakes are ideal for decoration on bread products, but can also be used for taste and texture or as a source of wholegrain. Fine-rolled flakes can also be used for a wide range of breakfast products, such as muesli, granola etc.
